THERAPY IS COOL DANCE PARTY

My first dance party sold out with over 200 attendees celebrating therapy and tacos! We launched our Therapy Is Cool t-shirt and I spoke on challenging the stigma and shame around therapy and mental health! We had tacos, cookies by the Cookie Crave, a braid bar by Stewart Palmer Salon, Photo Booth by The Selfie Scene, and 2.5 hours of sweaty dancing. We had giveaways and most importantly a camaraderie that was palpable.
