My second dance party sold out with 400 attendees! We were so honored to have Evelyn Tribole, co-author of Intuitive Eating: A Revolutionary Program That Works come do a Q&A with us and dance the night away. This party focused on self-love with desserts, photos, temporary tattoos, Italian soda bar, self-love note station, and I spoke about self-love to end the night. The highlight for me was hearing 400 united voice yell “I FREAKING LOVE MYSELF” during our affirmations at the end of my speech.
