The Shame Cycle

Shame game folks, we go round and round until we begin to uproot and shift the deeply held beliefs that keep us in shame. Get out of the constant shame sh*t cycle with the following approach using 8 s’s:

  • surrender

  • socialization

  • self-disclosure

  • (be) sensitive

  • self-tal

  • surfacing

  • self-love

  • spirituality

I’ll dive more into how to do this in a few posts. I’m passionate about exploring and healing shame attacks. The therapy room and my perfectionism course are great jump-off points.
