In this course we explore how to heal the wounds which lead to perfectionism & how to develop self-love.

Do you find you are a victim to endless criticism, judgment, and unrealistic expectations from yourself? Is it hard to tap into self-worth, self-esteem, and self-love? Where’s your shame? We overcompensate where we are most vulnerable. We mask the parts of us that we think are unacceptable. We front and try to look perfect, when really we need authenticity and self-compassion. Getting our own backs with self-compassion, self-validation, and gentle reconnection to self. THAT’S safety.

Consider the possibility that imperfection is normal, safe, and the only reality available to us. Consider that you can find a gray area that allows you to be enough and doing your best, while also being able to improve and grow. Consider where your perfectionistic drive comes from and go there for some marination and meditation.
This course is all about sifting through the layers of self to reach consciousness and mindful living. Together we will use REAL TECHNIQUES to help you let go of toxic and dangerous perfectionistic beliefs and reach a place of self-validation and self-love!
