In this episode of Therapy Thoughts, Tiffany talks ADHD with Jaklin Levine-Pritzker. Jaklin works with womxn and non-binary folx* to through 1:1 coaching, group coaching, monthly membership, and soon to be retreats and in person events. Tiffany and Jaklin talk about Jaklin's own experiences with ADHD, misconceptions around ADHD, and medication for ADHD. Jaklin leaves the audience with 5 tips for how to thrive with ADHD. It is clear from this episode that ADHD is both a huge strength + superpower AND really challenging in the context of today's world. ADHD often presents much different than what we think about in 12-year-old, white boys. There is a need for more understanding within the mental health and medical system.

Jak is a 28 year entrepreneur who empowers ADHD womxn + non binary folx* to embrace their strengths and work through challenges in community. She does this through 1:1 coaching, group coaching, monthly membership, and soon to be retreats + in person events. Jak is passionate about normalizing and depathologizing what it means to be human, especially a neurodiverse human.
