Our 2nd Feel Deal Heal Mental Health retreat was a BLAST. My staff along with 15 incredible women spent 3 days and 3 nights at the Beachfront Home in St. George, UT. We spent the weekend dancing & singing Thereoke, soaking up the southern Utah sun, and feeling dealing & healing in daily workshops. I felt so honored to teach mental health coping skills to the most incredible group of women. I can't wait for the next one!
