Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. You deserve to take whatever time you need to attend to YOUR needs. Self-care is more than taking a bath, going on a run, crying, eating, sleeping, going to therapy etc.

Self-care is about knowing and believing that you are WORTHY and DESERVING of love, attention, and care.
